Halal Chinese Xinjiang restaurant?! 👀 Head over to Restaurant Aisyah on Arab Street, famed for its handmade pulled noodles and tender braised mutton! #BurppleBeyond members, enjoy 20% off when you order any two noodle dishes.

Must-try: The Spicy Dry Beef Noodles — perfect for spice lovers! These noodles are a steal, especially with leek leaves adding extra flavour and a fiery kick. And don’t miss the Chili Oil Dumplings! These generously filled, thin-skinned dumplings come with your choice of chicken, beef, or mutton.

Overall: 8/10

Get these dumplings when you're at restaurant aisyah. With a generous amount of filling and well seasoned meat, this dish is here to satisfy. Slather on that amazing spicy sauce and go to town. Just pray for your stomach the following day. I'll be back for them and revel in the spice again👍🏽

Ordered the spicy noodles and the chef warned us it was very spicy!
Did not disappoint, love the fiery kick. Will be back for the skewered meats.

Dumplings were also well stuffed with lots of meat

This place is halal certified too

Burpple one for one for their mains! The noodles were so good I would pay full price for it 💯

The spiciness in the dish is great. It gives you the “kick” but it’s not so overpowering that you can’t enjoy the dish. The butterfly beef brisket spicy soup noodles was not very impressive as it feels like a regular beef noodle you can get at those Thai shophouses. The saliva chicken dry noodles were fantastic. The chicken was a bit tough but the noodles retains the sauce very well, making this item a slurping goodness! The spicy sauce chicken dumplings were also great! The skin is of a good texture and thickness and the meat filled up the dumplings completely. The staffs are really friendly and will help you if you can’t decide which type of noodles would go well with your dish. The place is has limited seating so do make a reservation to avoid disappointment
