Quality Road Food Centre

Not really a common place for visitor to visit this Hawker Centre as people who dine here are mostly industrial worker or people who work around this area.🤔
Based on observation, I would say this hawker got quite a few good food to come try as I can see some snaking queue in some shop like the chicken rice & a mixed rice stall.
Well, too lazy to go queue but will probably be back some day to go explore more food.🤭
Not sure what to eat around here so I did some googling and the first recommendation is @sengkitchensg Hakka Pork Chop Rice and I happy I have it.😃
Fragrant white rice served with light savoury & crunchy stir-fry cabbage; fluffy, oily, umami & yummy omelette that comes with preserved turnip, onions & some other ingredients in it; and lastly, the fame unique savoury Hakka Pork Chop with super duper crispy skin and smooth tender meat, then drizzled with curry gravy.🤤
The skin leave a crunch upon every bite and burst with umaminess. The well-marinated fats and meat leave a happiness savoury note upon every mouthful.😍
Their omelette tho sinful but no regret, its yummylicious.😋
The only thing I don't really like here is the curry sauce as it tasted kinda sourish.😔🤔 Other than that, the omelette and pork chop it a Yum.
Oh the cabbage can change to beansprout too, the uncle/auntie will ask you to select.
