During this heightened period, we have to abide by restrictions and stay home. Donโ€™t we just feel lazy to go out now since dine-in is not available? I recently discovered @hpdelivery_singapore which is such a gem!

@hpdelivery_singapore is a ๐ง๐ž๐ฐ ๐Ÿ๐จ๐จ๐ ๐๐ž๐ฅ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐ฒ ๐š๐ฉ๐ฉ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก ๐š๐œ๐œ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐ญ๐จ ๐š ๐ฐ๐ข๐๐ž ๐ซ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ž ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐Ÿ๐จ๐จ๐ from Chinese restaurants, to Bubble Tea and even Cafes! I got my hands on these dainty cakes from @pivot.gram using @hpdelivery_singapore ! The app is user-friendly and the delivery was fast and smooth๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป.

I like it that @hpdelivery_singapore offers ๐…๐‘๐„๐„ ๐๐ž๐ฅ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐ฒ if youโ€™re located ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ง ๐Ÿ‘๐ค๐ฆ ๐ญ๐จ ๐Ÿ“๐ค๐ฆ ๐ซ๐š๐๐ข๐ฎ๐ฌ from the restaurant. Download the app and sign up now to get $๐Ÿ๐Ÿ“ ๐ข๐ง-๐š๐ฉ๐ฉ ๐œ๐จ๐ฎ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง ๐š๐ง๐ ๐›๐š๐จ! Thereโ€™s also a ๐Ÿ“๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ ๐Ÿ๐ฅ๐š๐ฌ๐ก ๐๐ž๐š๐ฅ happening right now๐Ÿ”ฅ!

More on the cakes I ordered:
I tried ๐Ž๐‡! ๐†๐„๐„ ๐‚๐‡๐€ and ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ—๐Ÿ•๐Ÿ“ from @pivot.gram .

I absolutely like how rich and thick their ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ—๐Ÿ•๐Ÿ“ was! Dark chocolate sponge sandwiched between dark and milk chocolate mousse, coupled with a crispy chocolate feuilletine base and finishing off with a chocolate mirror glaze๐Ÿคค. Super love the richness and the added crunch!

๐Ž๐‡! ๐†๐„๐„ ๐‚๐‡๐€ is a light Hojicha mousse cake with an apple compote center on a bed of Hojicha genoise. Itโ€™s refreshing to pair the Hojicha cake with an apple compote, adding textural contrast to the otherwise soft cake. The Hojicha flavor is pretty subtle and Iโ€™d wish for a more intense Hojicha flavor to it!

Since many people share about their tamago sando, so a perfect choice for the breakfast here.

Featuring scramble eggs with egg at the centre, definitely worth getting together with a cup of coffee in the morning.

Tamago Sando looks as good as it tastes. The mayonnaise in the egg salad is not too overpowering. Cauliflower Quiche is great as well!

Tamago Sando - A liberal spread of homemade egg mayo surrounded two halves of a sous vide egg nestled within two slices of Shokupan bread.

Have yโ€™all gone to PIVOT for their desserts and tamago sando? Decided to drop by one day for a quick coffee and cake. And I ordered their bestseller OH! Gee Cha ($8.50) since itโ€™s my first time here.

A houjicha mousse cake thatโ€™s light on taste. Beneath the mousse is a rather fluffy houjicha genoise. In the middle lies an Apple compote that adds a fruity element to the cake. Itโ€™s decorated with houjicha leaves and houjicha crumble.

Iโ€™m not a diehard houjicha fan but this wasnโ€™t great. The roasted, earthy taste thatโ€™s typically associated with the roasted green tea was at best faint in the mousse and the genoise. The essence of vanilla from the light and sweet houjicha mousse was much more prominent.

Unfortunately, itโ€™s the chunky apple cubes and added sweetness of the compote that stood out here. If they could make the houjicha flavour stronger, I would rate it a few notches higher.

Letโ€™s start with what I liked about this Tamago Sando ($7): I love how the homemade egg mayo wasnโ€™t overly cloying or rich, so it was really light and easy to eat. The freshly cracked pepper was a great and discernible touch as well, keeping the sandwich from getting stale after the first couple of bites. What I didnโ€™t quite like: the shokupan, as promising as it sounded, was neither fluffy enough nor toasted evenly. That meant a toast thatโ€™s not exactly soft or fluffy, not exactly crisp either, with extremely chewy crusts (I donโ€™t mean that in a shiok way). It was very generously buttered, but without even toasting certain parts of the shokupan tasted solely of melted butter. I also found the sous vide egg in the centre a tad overcooked; so instead of a creamy, luscious yolk, we got a drier grainier one. This really was a very decent tasting sando and an exceedingly affordable one too, so really I ainโ€™t complaining โ€” Iโ€™m not that big of an idiot. But I definitely wouldnโ€™t head down specifically for this.
