[CLOSED] PeraMakan Delicatessens (TANGS Orchard)

Not sure if it’s because I have not eaten mee Siam for ages. This one is deliciously savoury good. It has the right saltiness, tangy sauce. The Tau Pok is nicely soaked. Perfect when you want something not too heavy.

Walked past the stall and realized that they actually sell a small variety of Kuehs such as Kueh Salat in boxes of twos. If you are just looking for one to bite on, then you can opt for these Durian Bingka Ambon that's sold per piece. The Ambon here seems soft to the bite; less moist but softer than most around. I like how the Ambon doesn't taste too heavy and jelat from the durian here, keeping things on a rather balanced scale instead.

Ain't no chicken rice nor Xiao long bao. But don't be surprise to find shredded bits of ginger in these power puffs

Checking out the newly open food market @ Tangs Basement. Nice, but a tad pricey. PeraMakan kueh kueh and pastries, plus selected takeaway cooked meals/bentos too.
