#TacoTuesday may be over but that's not stopping me from having a fun time assembling this! 🌮

First time making these at home and it's surprisingly easy! Cheated with some taco shells from Old El Paso and don't forget to squeeze in some lime for an extra zest!

This place was almost empty on a weekday evening. Saw a few people eating this and went to buy. The noodles didn’t seem thoroughly cooked. Still hard. I had to let it soak in the steaming hot soup and wait for it to soften. Soup was a bit bland.

I used to feel super guilty about getting the laksa soup because I need that spicy kick when I have my yong tau foo fix, but my new favorite way of having yong tau foo is adding the sambal chili paste to the dry preparation. More kick, (slightly) less guilt! 😋
