Deulkkae Kalguksu is one of my favourite Korean noodle dishes.

In a nutshell, it reminds me of carbonara and is perfect for vegetarians since it is wholly plant based. I love its creamy and herbaceous flavours which is perfect for a rainy day.

Noodle Star K does a good creamy version of this. I personally prefer Myung Ga's version which is bolder in flavours but this is good too!

consisted of original and kimchi flavour. A lot of people ordered this with cold noodle. It's one of their best selling side dish. The dumpling skin is not that thick and just nice texture. I prefer kimchi flavour over original one.

I felt that their cold noodle was quite great and refreshing taste tbh. Even it's mild spicy taste but I really wanted to come back for their cold noodle instead. The staff told us that soup version was more spicy taste than dry version.

I did enjoy their Jiajangmyeon for first time. Their black bean sauce is not that thick texture tbh and also their noodle was quite nice to eat thru. We didn't managed to eat finish thru.

Noodle Star K (Funan)

consisted free flow banchan and also beef broth drink (which I felt that it's quite weird tbh)

Three Star ($73.40)

Sweet & Sour Pork

with sweet and spicy sauce. I felt that their pork texture was tough and hard to chew. But it got crispy and crunchy texture.

I love how much variety they have for type of noodles, my fav is arrowroot noodles . And those dumplings are very good 🤤
