Tradizionale Focaccia Di Recco ($34) was filled with creamy cheese but did not have a solid enough base to hold it all and hence turned soggy🫕 Flavour was quite one-dimensional too.
Friarielli Provola e Salsiccia ($32) was decent but i was quite disappointed with the crust.
The chewy yet light dough really does it for me, and I liked that you can order half pizzas to try more flavours! Quality really shines in the margherita with a tangy tomato base🍅 and fresh basil, while the marinara e acciughe had a deeper flavour from the garlic anchovies.
What impressed me most was the Focaccia di Recco. It carried a strong and sharp cheese flavour🧀, sprinkled with seasalt and made extremely crispy!
if you could only get one pizza from Chooby i'd recommend this for it's uniqueness and rich coconut flavour from the tom kha sauce! crust was airy and fluffy
saw reviews that this was dry but i personally didn't think it was! pork had a delicious sweet marinade, crust was airy and fluffy.

As a strong cheese lover, the BLUE CHEESE PIZZA was an obvious choice! Some honey was even provided to dip the pizza in for a sweet-salty combi🍯🧀
My friend preferred the BACON POTATO PIZZA as it was more flavourful given the variety of toppings 🍕🍕

ive never had cacio e pepe so idk how close to the pasta this tastes, but it was peppery and cheesy which i liked!
