Deep-fried to perfection. The golden brown hue says it all. Smooth, crispy skin that's even better than fast food joints. Clean greasy mouthfeel that doesn’t feel jelak. The oil penetrates the meat with a clean taste. You gotta try it to get what I mean.

I'm not lying when I say thick and juicy. Just look at that Pic.

Thick and juicy self-made beef patty sandwiched with lettuce, cheese, onion, BBQ sauce, all tucked between a toasted butter bun topped with sesame seeds. Comes loaded with piping hot thick-cut fries that are well seasoned too. The patty is impressively done with subtle hints of spices and seasoning, QQ tender texture when bitten into, and juices flowing out alongside the loaded sauce and melted cheese. Very savoury. It’s a total mess to eat, but worth it. I dare say it’s comparable to restaurant standards, maybe even better than some. At this price, it’s a real good deal.

Once again visited @bradleys_grill . This time had the Barbecue Wagyu Beef Burger and Chicken Wing.

Barbecue Wagyu Beef Burger ($9.90)

Here again at @bradleys_grill . Lol. When the food is good and the price is justifiable, you will keep going back, and I do hope they stay for long. New visit, new food!

Western Fried Rice with Pork Chop ($7) + Iberico Pork Sausage ($3.50)
Hands down the best pork chop I’ve had so far. Usually I’m quite skeptical about it, as they are either too dry, too tough, or the flavour doesn’t lock in. But theirs was moist, flavourful, and smoky with tender meat. The knife cuts through easily, with juice flowing out. The mushroom sauce adds an extra savouriness to it.

Then paired with that generous serving of comforting fried rice. The rice grains were fluffy and carried a distinct smokiness. It also had a good amount of garlic, eggs, and bacon.

Iberico Pork Sausage was lightly surface-cut and grilled to perfection. That savouriness, smokiness, and a tad of fattiness made it mouthwatering.

Another visit to @bradleys_grill to explore more dishes.

Previously had their Grilled Chicken Chop & Crispy Fried Fish and it was fantastic. This round, I went for the Aglio Olio with Grilled Chicken Chop ($7.50), one of their popular items, and yes, it tasted awesome.

The grilled chicken is still as generous as ever with its large portion, thick cut, tender and juicy with a slight smoky char on the outer layer. Mushroom gravy adds extra savouriness to the meat.

Spaghetti feeds around 1.5 pax, with a good hit of spice and garlic. Moderately soft and chewy, full of flavour with herbaceous hints. Very aromatic thanks to the spam of garlic. Moist, not dry which makes the noodles slurpy. I dare say it’s even better than some restaurant standards.

For this price, flavour, and portion, it’s a steal and yes, CDC vouchers can be used!

Honestly, it tasted like classic Campbell’s with a drizzle of truffle oil to fancy it up. What saved it was the garlic bread, toasty on the outside, fluffy inside, and generously slathered with a strong, aromatic garlic spread.

The portion was huge, hearty, and generous. The grilled chicken was thick-cut, tender and succulent, bursting with smoky flavour in every bite. The rich, umami mushroom gravy took it to the next level. The crispy fried fish was served piping hot that I nearly scalded myself with the first bite. Inside, it was soft, smooth, and melty; outside, a thin, crisp layer of breaded crumb gave it a tastisfying crunch. Paired with tartar sauce on the side, it was a fully tastisfying combo.

The set also came with two sides of your choice from the nine available options. I don’t know what happened that day, but my mouth just blurted out CARBS AND MORE CARBS, so here we are with Japanese Curry Rice and Mac & Cheese. The curry rice featured a bowl of fluffy, fragrant white rice plated alongside the mains, then drenched in thick, flavourful Japanese curry sauce. As for the mac and cheese, it was soft and chewy with a standard nacho cheese mix, slightly tangy and generously portioned. No regrets on the carb bomb.

Bradley’s Grill is a newly opened, humble stall in a coffeeshop, serving Western food with restaurant-quality standards at affordable prices. They have been operating for the past two months and have quietly gained a following among nearby residents.

I was glad to finally visit after spotting their posts on social media. While they used to open during lunch hours, they have recently shifted to a later schedule, now starting at 3 pm. Closed every Wednesday, so plan ahead! For the latest updates, check out their socials at @bradleys_grill .

Recently, this place has been gaining popularity for its huge serving of British Fish & Chips ($8.80), so I decided to head down and give it a try. 🐼🐝

Woah! It’s really damn big! The set comes with a large piece of fish, a lemon wedge, fries, coleslaw, and tartar sauce. The light-to-medium batter was smooth and super crispy, each bite delivered a tastisfying crunch. The piping hot fish didn’t disappoint either, it was slightly moist, soft, and succulent. The flavour was clean and lightly savoury, and best of all, it wasn’t greasy.

The fries were hot, crispy, and lightly salted, while the coleslaw had a standard sweet, savoury, and mildly tangy taste. Overall, it was delicious, but be prepared for a long wait time of at least 30 minutes.

If you can’t find what you want on the menu, you can DIY your own rosti to match your preferences. My friend chose oven-roasted chicken 1/2 (+$3.50) and oven-roasted potato (+$1). The 1/2 chicken portion was large, with crispy skin and a meaty bite, but it was somewhat dry and would benefit from a sauce to add moisture. The oven-roasted potato was soft yet crunchy, contrasting nicely with the soft, mushy texture of the rosti. Believe me, the taste of potatoes changes significantly depending on how they're cooked or cut, making this a good addition for potato lover.

Fluffy, crisp potatoes topped with smoked pork cervelat, a fried egg, and caramelised onions. The thick, fat, and juicy sausage made from pork, beef, and various seasonings was flavourful, though slightly salty. The sweetness of the caramelised onions provided a good balance to the sausage's saltiness.
