Skewers meat were awesome that we kept ordering. The meat were tender with the right amount of smokiness and spice taste.😋

BBQ Beef($1.20/stick)🐄 - Succulent.
BBQ Pork($1.20/stick)🐖 - Porky.
BBQ Chicken($1.20/stick)🐔 - Classic.
BBQ Taiwan Sausage($2/stick) - Nicely grilled.
BBQ Bread Slices(2 Pcs)($2) - Butter sugary
BBQ Pork Skin($1/stick) - So-so.
BBQ Pork Intestines($2/stick) - Fatty & sinful
BBQ Potato Chips($1/stick)🥔 - For itchy mouth
Grill Chilli($2/stick)🌶️ - The authentic taste of charred chilli.
BBQ Squid($7)🦑 - Will be good if one person order one piece each. Its so nice, chewy, tender and flavoursome. Also its hard to split apart due to its elastic texture.
BBQ Eggplant($10)🍆 - Must have! It's bombz. The nua-ness is lit. Carefully spiced and grilled to perfection. Flavours penetrate well.

BBQ meat were good, tender and flavourful. The spice spam is on point but the sticks were kinda cold which goes from nice to meh. Their bread can skipped not enough spreads.

WoW! These skewers were absolutely delicious and the best one I had so far.🥰😋 Gobbling down countless sticks unglamly with a great sense of satisfaction.🍢🤤 Never had this kind of feeling for quite a long time that it reignited my youthful eating spirit.😜

Cheap and delicious. Well-seasoned with spice and taste authentic enough to like what I had in Northeast China iirc. For item 601 - 606 which were special marinated beef, beef tendon, pork, chicken, beef and lamb kebab, had minimum order of 5 sticks per round. Do not be taunt by it and order 10 each on what you want. Believe me, it won't be enough for you unless you ordered their cooked food but don't bother, their cooked food were pretty mediocre. The meat were succulent and flavourful that will make you crave for more. Super Yum Yum!
Beef tendon don't bother.
Pork skin($1) is still okay. More on the soft and gooey side.
Toast($1) not to my liking. They do it the French toast style not the butter sugar kind so its kinda moist.
But do get their Mantou($1), thick and crispy.
Pork Sausage($2) standard.
Just stick to 601, 603-606 and you be fine. The rest of skewers haven't try yet due to no stock plus lunch hours. Hope to go back to try more soon.

Can order this. Pretty good. Nice crunchy shredded potato. Savoury and oily with hint of spiciness and sourness. Got ginger in it too, so be careful.🤭

Decent. Flavourful, sweet and meaty. Skin is of moderate thickness. Size just nice to pop it in the whole piece into mouth.

Signature Hua Diao Chicken($24)🥴
Hmmm... Barely make it I guess. Smell nice, look promising but taste mehhh. Chicken meat too dry. Sauce too oily and not enough hua diao wine taste. Will get jelak after 2 or 3 bites.

Do go early if can cause they always full house even during lunch hours. At night, more jialat, need to queue long long.

More of chewy than crispy but flavoursome. The marination is deep. With the additional spice to pet on, it increases its taste by a lot.

Mala Fried Rice($4)
Egg fried rice but in Mala style. Fluffy pearl rice as usual. More fragrance and its only small spicy or none at all. Not spicy, not numb, just a hint of flavour thats what I felt. The one that really boost this dish is their flaky spicy chilli which they gave a little but itz a yum.🌶😋

Crispy savoury grilled batter with tenderize meat but was a bit dry. Nonetheless, still tastisfying.
