Each turned out to be incredibly flavourful, soaking up the prawn broth to the extreme. The portions are generous for each dish. Running out of soup? No worries, they have a prawn broth refilling station, so go all out and drink till you drop. Want more taste? Head to the sauce and condiments station. Can't manage a whole pot of stuff? Just get their Hokkien Mee ($8.80). Confirm plus chop, you will not be disappointed if you like wet-style Hokkien mee. The Hokkien mee is full of wok hei, comes with three fat and juicy prawns, an abundance of fatty pork, chewy sotong, crispy pork lard, and a raw egg for moonlight effect. The chilli provided is damn shiok, hot, and spicy enough to evoke your senses without making you sweat. The slurpy noodles are handled properly, leaving little trace of alkaline taste, and they really absorb the stock well.

Eat your fill of large, fresh tiger prawns inside the Specialist Prawn Broth ($28.80), which is deliciously umami. That orangey hue from the broth shows great potential for an awesome soup. No doubt, the rich, hearty soup brings an addicting kick upon the first sip, with a sweetness that's simply crave-worthy. Though it lacked depth, I still lost count of how many bowls of soup I gulped down. The claypot usually comes with 7-9 huge and fresh tiger prawns.

The heat from the stove is intense, and the charcoal burns nicely, keeping the claypot constantly boiling, making it easy to cook the later ingredients. Hae! Food cooked over charcoal always tastes better, don't you agree?🔥

Worrying about dirtying your hands from peeling prawn? No worries, they provide disposable gloves.🧤

Still hungry? Grab some side dishes and fill your belly to your heart's content. We got:
- Sliced Beef ($10.80) was fatty and meaty.🥩
- Signature Marinated Chicken ($8.80), Beef ($9.80), and Pork ($8.80) were all super tender and smooth like a baby’s face. Although they had great texture, the marination somewhat masked the meat’s taste.
- Big Scallops ($10.80) were tender.
- Handmade items like Fish Paste Stuffed Ring Roll ($6.80), Handmade Fishballs ($6.80), Handmade Fish Dumpling ($8.80), and Fish Finger ($6.80) were all succulent with a great bouncy texture.
- Signature Prawn Paste ($10.80) was slippery smooth and Q.

Been a while since I last visited them. Still making us full despite the quality seems to drop a little. The mushroom soup wasn't as mushroomy as it used to be. Other soup were alright and suit accordingly to local taste.
Food wise generally were thawed, clean and plated properly.
Advice y'all to go normal buffet as there are many items to have already unless want seafood or some small bites.
Best day to warm yourself up in these cold days.

The Hotpot Buffet($29.80) with a single/dual soup base(+$8) was a great steal if you are all about quantity and not quality. Stuffed ourselves with mountain loads of food that were being thrown into the mushroom and chicken soup. We were so full that we need to unbuckle the belt to get some comfort space for the tummy.🤣
The buffet also includes some cold dishes, cooked dishes, self-service sauce mixing station, free-flow fountain drinks and a variety of ice cream.
And look, they even served mantou with condensed milk. It was good. Crispy, fluffy and sweet.

Food coma from the Dinner Buffet @gorogorosg with our spams of meat, seafood(only at night), vegetables and many other stuff. The options were many, quality were okay for the price and the best part is can ownself take the free flow food.
Buffet includes free flow water, fruit punch and  calamansi drink. Drink were kinda diluted much.
The cooked food can skipped but do not skip the korean chicken wings. Sweet and crunchy despite its cheap looking appearance.
The soup we choose were Beauty Collagen, Miso Seaweed, Mala and Herbal Chicken.
All were tasty and appetising in it own way but I prefer the collagen most.😝 Mala wasn't too oily and moderate spicy. Miso standard salty taste. Herbal chicken herbal taste.
Desserts and fruits here were great especially the Orh Nee.🤗 It was sweet, starchy and smooth. The taste is great.
Watermelon were big, fresh & juicy.
