💬: Squid ink has a very seafood-y taste, - might be too overwhelming for some - which masked up the salted egg component of the fish
Noodles were al dente, but portion was way too small 🥵🥵
Scallops were seared perfectly, still retaining its juiciness

💬: Not the most authentic, but still a nice soupy delight to have when it was all cold and rainy outside! Definitely recommend adding on the egg which thickens the sauce slightly 🤤🤤
