There’s no lack of pizza places in Holland Village so we were interested to see how this would fare. We ordered the Parma pizza, Arrabiata pasta & truffle fries. The pasta was average with the penne being a tad overcooked. We were rather disappointed in the truffle fries as there hardly any truffle taste! Perhaps the only dish we rather enjoyed was the Parma pizza.
I’ve loved Atlas‘ coffee for awhile now, ever since my friend introduced it to me. This time we finally had time for brunch and I was looking forward to ordering their previous signature items, but was sorely disappointed when the staff said they had changed up their menu slightly since the renovation. Nonetheless, the food was still pretty decent. Special mentions go to the rich and creamy carbonara and the pancakes (waiting time 20 mins or more). I would give the pesto pasta a pass. The truffle fries are good and portion was generous. My friends and I agreed that we’d want to try Atlas’ sister coffeehouses, including Apollo and Lunar Coffee Brewers.
Back here for the third time and the food is consistently good! I came with more people this time so we could order more dishes to try. I went with my usual favourites - traditional stuffed roman schiacciata and porchetta pork belly. Also tried some new items this time, including the burrata, mixed grilled fish and seafood platter, assorted pizzas and homemade tagliolini. Overall, a good experience although slightly marred as it’s really crowded & busy. Would return again.
These two pastas were the chef’s recommendations so we decided to go with them. We really enjoyed the pappardelle but the lobster linguine was rather average. The bread basket was alright as well. Portions and service were decent. I would say it’s worth it with burpple beyond!
Service was impeccable. Loved the free flow bread - one of the best I’ve had! The dishes were good, but did not impress us greatly.
Good but not wow. Still, one of the better truffle pizzas around! Perhaps sharing it with more people with other flavours would be a better idea as it can get a little repetitive! The fettuccine pasta (in another separate post) was really awesome. Overall, lovely environment and great service - would return :-)
This pasta absolutely stole the show. This was one of the recommended pastas by the staff and it did not disappoint. We loved this even more than the truffle pizza! Highly recommended 👌🏼
First time trying this Italian place in Holland village. Honestly there’s a huge number of options to have pizza in this area - La Nonna, PizzaExpress, Da Paolo Pizza Bar, etc. 2 things I liked about this place: (1) service was great (2) they allowed us to order half and half pizzas so we got to try more flavours. However, the pizzas were average. The staff did recommend to order pastas so I would return again to try the pastas! Really worth it with Burpple beyond so no complains.
This paled in comparison to the pizza. Would not recommend getting this! Perhaps try another pizza
Many pizza options available. We went with the Quinta pizza which came with generous amounts of truffle paste! Overall very tasty (similar to la nonna’s signature pizza)
Strawberry cheesecake ($20) was not as impressive as the other dishes we ordered. Perhaps we could have given the dessert a miss
Ordered this main ($78 for 2). Good but nothing very special. Would recommend the foie gras semifreddo and beef tartare starters over this
