The scrambled eggs were fluffy and creamy at the same time, yummy!! Mixed with mozzarella chunks that were sticky and chewy, giving a nice contrast in texture. Juicy slices of capsicum and smoked bratwurst complemented the entire dish 😋

You can opt for your preferred toast (sourdough, multigrain, brioche). The buttery brioche was soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. It soaks up the scrambled eggs, and you can even taste the tinge of truffle oil. Portion was really big as well 😊

When the dish arrived, this colourful dish caught our eyes! Beautifully plated, with pops of green, red and yellow.

It was also delicious! The ingredients tasted really fresh. The quinoa was very tasty, and went well with the mushrooms, cucumber, edamame beans and pumpkin. Double thumbs up!

We also had the Spinach Goji soup (comes with free flow bread!!) It was a dark green colour and didn't look very appetising but don't judge by its appearances. Didn't have the 'green veggie' taste that I was expecting. Yummy and filling!
