So this was definitely more luncheon meat than spam. Perfectly executed. The uneven strips of luncheon meat were evenly fried. A lightly crisp exterior and a juicy meat interior. The small bottle of wasabi mayo was the perfect way to stop one from OD.ing on mayo. It only allows one to dip once because of the bottle's height. Such a moreish side. Perfect with a drink to kickback and chillax. :)
