Oh, and the gravy. Carries the sweetness of seafood, fragrance from fried shallots, garlic and fresh spring onions.
This pairing was truly, (and I seldom ever say this about many things cause I believe thereās always room for improvement) truly perfect.

@osteriamozzasg reigning as the restaurant that serves the best accompaniments to my favourite version of charred Octopus tentacles. Moist, delicately chewy combined with a slight smokey flavour from the charred parts and a good amount of acid on those greens to combat the savouriness.

One of their Chefs' recommendations, crispy fish skins gently coated in a thin film of salted egg sauce. Though the salted egg wasn't pronounced till the last few pieces (probably cause the sauce collects at the bottom), it's generally addictive.
On a side note, the service here's definitely top notch, the wait staff are polite, attentive, great place for a quite meal or even for upcoming CNY get-togethers šš

Airflown Maine Lobsters served after its gotten some good char on the grill, with garlic butter sauce and a side each of mash and greens.
Freshness is truly the bestest, this simple way of cooking exhibits the springy lobster's flesh, natural sweetness and flavour. Don't forget to grab yourselves a glass of wine too! Delish!!

Crisp skinned hunk of fish served with yoghurt so well seasoned and smokey as if it inhaled a deep puff of cigarette prior to being served. Best way to ingest, is to the pick a small chunk of Barramundi flesh, slathered it in Basil and Smoked Yoghurt sauce and top it off with a wedge of pickled onion and twig of Samphire. YUM.
In my opinion, currently one of the mos underrated restaurants in Singapore; one to watch!

Back again at Nude Seafood for dinner, this time as a Guinea Pig for a couple of dishes Chef Jerome's testing before it hits their final menu. This huge steak of Salmon sitting on some creamy orzo and blanched asparagus, accompanied with super sweet confit tomatoes is said to be going for 18bucks. You guys are going to be in for a real treat. Also, keep a lookout, Nude Seafood are set to open their second outlet pretty soon. HOORAY!

That's their version of Crab Pasta, served with chilled angel hair pasta tossed in some black sesame seeds, lime zest, fresh crab meet that arrived earlier in the day, and spheres of Ikura for that extra savoury pop. I'd love to see this on their future lunch menu, all you MBFC office boys and girls are so gonna love this! Also, keep a lookout, Nude Seafood are set to open their second outlet pretty soon. HOORAY!

Tucked within the depths of Far East Plaza, but still able to maintain a fully packed restaurant, owed largely (I believe) to their reasonable pricing and to their Aburi Rolls. This one's stuffed with fried Ebi tempura, rolled with cured salmon, finished with a large dollop of torched mentaiko. Say ahhhh..
