Las Palmas Bar

So it seems like they doesn't serve their regular food menu on Fri & Sat.. They have this instead. You can order these 4 food items a la carte, or as part of a free-flow buffet.

The latter is for a 2-hour duration (they state that in person; not written in the menu), & it is NOT self-service - which means you can dine in comfort without shutting about.

Place your orders in advance, because you'll need to wait a while for chef to cook 'em, & for the waitstaff to serve it to you at your table!

Indoor space is lovely too, quite private, quiet & classy. Sat at the bar as we had to be moved indoors due to the drizzle that started shortly after we got seated outside.

Had an enjoyable time, & t'was made better with the warm hospitality of Head Bartender Ron Aransay.

Outdoor seats are comfortable, great for when it's not raining.. & there are cabanas by the poolside too, which are cozy for a group gathering.

There is a minimum spend to book the cabanas, which is reasonable if you're with a group of drinkers. (It was just 2 of us that night, so we didn't go for that, as tempting as it was).

Las Palmas by night; on the 33rd floor of Courtyard by Marriott Novena. It offers an unparalleled view of the Novena neighbourhood & a great, breezy space to unwind.

The rooftop pool is cool, although IMHO more appealing in the daytime when it's warm. I will need to swing by another time when the sun's out, to have a dip in the pool!
