Popped by Fortune Centre for a spontaneous bite and wow β it totally made my day! π
Tried their mentaiko pasta and it was rich, creamy and loaded with umami goodness. Every strand of spaghetti was coated in that luscious mentaiko cream topped with crispy whitebait, prawns, seaweed, and little pops of ikuraβ¦ Also treated myself to their cream crab croquette β golden, crisp on the outside, velvety-creamy inside and crowned with heaps of shredded crab and ikura. Both were so addictive and indulgent, Iβm still thinking about it. π

($8.80) no wonder they pick their best selling dish beside mentaiko pasta. BUt it's really nice tbh and I find the sauce was too much and slightly overwhelming for me. The fried chicken was quite tender and favourful.
Pork Katsu Don
($8.80) I got to say this pork katsu is not that bad tbh but every piece for pork katsu was quite flavourful and a bit of hard texture. luckily we went early as pork katsu don was sold out by end of our meal already. Left chicken katsu.
($2.50) I decided to try their ice cream but it look quite icy :") and hmmm texture was quite thick, milky and creamy. But the taste otherwise is quite sweet and mild bitter.
ITS FRIDAY FRYDAY!
Love the Nanban Don from Koryori Hayashi located at Amoy Street! Thick Mentaiko Sauce on juicy well marinated Tori Karaage - shiok! All yours to enjoy at only $6.50!
