The one here has its brown sugar as filling. I found it harsh tasting and couldn't eat past one.

A comforting plate of fluffy rice, cooked in chicken oil and essence, topped with tender roasted chicken, crunchy mustard greens, and cucumber slices, served with a side of clear chicken soup. The rice had a moderate chicken aroma, texture was soft, fluffy, and enhanced with a fragrant soy sauce that added an extra layer of savouriness. Don't call yourself a true chicken connoisseurs if you are not going for chicken thigh meat, which is known for its plump, bouncy texture. The roasted flavour was distinct and the skin was glistening and deliciously greasy.
The soup was light savoury, a classic complement to the meal. The chilli sauce brought a spicy kick, pairing well with the rice, though I was disappointed there was no ginger sauce available during my visit. The meal is slightly pricey, but that’s to be expected given the airport location unless you have a staff discount, of course.
Overall, it’s a decent plate of chicken rice that satisfies, but I feel it could be a bit more affordable and tastier outside of the airport setting.
