My first time eating this which is apparently one of their signatures! Liked the texture here - juicy scallop, encased with fluffy sweet yam and deep fried with a crisp crust. To be paired with sweet sauce!
Even their egg fried rice is good, w the wok hei flavour!
Super delicious chilli crab 🦀 they are also v generous w that addictive sauce. Pair it w their wok hei egg fried rice! 👍🏼
Salted egg prawns were so good! I love the grainy texture of the sauce + the prawns are de-shelled, making them WAY more convenient to be eaten!
Crab Meat Tofu was SO GOOD as the tofu was smooth as silk and the crab meat sauce has lot of meat 👌🏻

Signature seafood fried rice wasn’t as good as expected as it was kinda insipid. Or maybe just because the other dishes are flavorful? But really it didn’t leave any special impressions as I have expected.
