Take note it's a patty, not sliced beef.

The eggs were the true MVP, as they were fluffy and contributed to the texture. Don't request to remove the chili sauce and tomato, they were carrying the flavours. There's some Isaac sauce slathered on the toast but it was a thin layer, really can't taste it at all. Overall it's still a really feel good sandwich, I enjoyed it though I won't say it's special.

Ham & Cheese ($4.50) consisted of ham, cheese and egg filled with corn. I felt that the bread was less toasted compared in the past and it was quite dry aftertaste. But ingredients (ham, cheese and egg filled with corn) were quite having same standard in the past.

Have been wanting to try out this famous korean chain of sandwiches for a very long time and i am so glad they have it in sg. Excellent and fast service. Bread was crispy and nicely toasted and came with a generous amount of fillings. I was expecting it to be chicken bulgogi(real meat) but instead is was just a chicken patty. Nevertheless, it was still delicious and filling. However, the cheese they use is very strong and has a bad smell. Luckily the ingredients made up for it. I would have expected some real meat for the price. Other than that, everything is delicious and fine

Bought a voucher from Fave for $7 that includes one MVP set, one drink and a free toast. Chose Bulgogi, Ham Special and cold americano. Tried
Isaac before in korea and was quite disappointed cause what I have gotten was far from the ones I tried there. Not sure is it cause its a voucher deal as the sandwich was significantly smaller? and the sauce was on the sweeter side and got really
sickeningly and oily till the end. Lucky I got the ice americano if not we couldn't have finished the sandwiches. Overall, $7 was a good deal compared to their original pricing in Singapore but quality wise...no.

Finally managed to try Isaac Toast! The sweet sauce used contrasted well with the savoury bacon. Loved that their omelette contains corn, which also provided another hint of sweetness. Will be back for more~

So yeah, it may not be as good as what I had from its origin country (s.korea), but how often is it ever a case where the overseas expansion is of the same standard (it must be in the water). In any case, it may not be the same, but it was close enough. Still a good korean toasted sandwich. I've always enjoy my savoury hot sandwiches. Now with no more queues, it makes it even more enjoyable.
