Very good flavour, abit more mediocre on the texture, it doesn't have as much bite as it needs to.

Frankly speaking, just spam the pork belly here there's no other meat that's more worth it or taste better

Each grill min order 2 meats, about 450g or 3 orders feeds 2 guys well

Good texture, and very good flavour. My eyes widened when I put this into my mouth. This is why they're the best in the business in SG

They're dammed expensive so better do your research before coming here

The jowl is ok, somewhat crunchy but really not crunchy enough, not good enough for this price

I love PUJIM. I think I complained before about their sides previously, and said everything else was good.

Now the sides were all good. Esp their egg, is one of the best Korean style eggs in Singapore

It's really for 2 because the portion is quite generous. Strongly sweet and salty, the sauce was thick and the pork belly as always here has a good texture, it's got a good bite without being too hard.

Very satisfying and indulgent

The taste of the sauce is rlly something. It's a little sandy, creamy and very strongly floral. It's alright, and quite filling due to the sauce

Avg as always, the seaweed was quite salty today

The kurobuta is well cooked but this steaming nonsense really doesn't do the cut enough justice, cos it's not a fatty cut.

Anyway the tomatoes were kinda pointless and as a whole this felt even more plain than the beef one, because it's just dry ingredients with rice, nothing ties it tgt

Again, quite good meat but passable execution. Or maybe this is authentic and it's alr a good execution that's faithful. I have no idea

Beef short ribs were good quality, tender with some chew. The chunks are too big to be a proper mixed rice tho. Crust at the bottom was slightly hard, hardly crispy.

As people have mentioned, it's very very mild. Still enough to eat on its own, but not much body at all. If the rice is not flavoured then the meats must be strongly flavoured, think unagi donabe.

The sauce is plain with nice aroma from herbs and chilies, but again there's no body, so you're only adjusting the saltiness of the rice

The soup added at the end of the meal frankly tastes abit weird

Overall good meat, ok execution but not superb at all and definitely not worth queueing

Seriously one of the best I've had. You can tell from the colour it's much stronger than most

The place is surprisingly not very packed on a Sunday dinner. No queue. Although you do have to order before you can enter, which is painful for indecisive people I guess. Not to brag but while people were still fumbling around with the menu I was in there within 10 seconds

Food:
Quite deep, for a simple seaweed soup

Really all on the very mild side. That's the whole theme of the restaurant
