[CLOSED] Ichiban Boshi (The Centrepoint)

New Hokkaido Ryouri(Cuisine) menu at Centerpoint Ichiban Boshi. Uni, Ikura and Crab meat on sushi rice served on spoons. The uni was creamy but didn't taste fresh, there was a strong fishy taste. Crab meat didn't have much sweetness to it. But the ikura was sweet and juicy! The surprising thing was I noticed a few lavender petals on the Ikura roes and I could actually taste the mellow flowery flavour on the first bite! Loved the combination!

A mix of salmon, swordfish, tuna, and fish roe on sushi rice. Comes with miso soup at $15.90++. So comforting 😌
