[CLOSED] Founder Bak Kut Teh (Jurong Point)

This was my first redemption using the Beyond membership of Burpple. I could order any rib soup and get this for free. Not exactly one for one if I order the more expensive ribs but still ok for me. Redeemed two at one go so it was a $15.60 saving for me yay!

But the short ribs today were dry and tough. I had a hard time chewing. Still prefer the premium long ribs.

The long rib was so delicious. Fat meat ratio was perfect so it was melt in the mouth. Really worth the higher price. But the soup was too peppery for me.

I got the large size and didn’t regret it. This was so chewy and delicious. I preferred this to the Tofu. Gravy was not very salty.

The pcs of Tofu were bigger than expected. This was the small plate so quite value for money. Good with rice.

This was a novelty that tasted pretty good. I couldn’t taste the charcoal in it but it was fun eating this. Felt healthier for some reason.
