Residents residing at the east side of Singapore really must try the bebek goreng!

This is the first time we visited this restaurant and we were greeted by the friendly staff. We did not know what to order and through her recommendation, we ordered the Bebek goreng original + nasi, Ayam Penyat and oxtail soup.

The bebek goreng was flavorful as they marinated the bebek for 24 hours with their secret spices and fried to a crispy finish, with the rice and dipped with kecap manis (sweet soy sauce), it's a divine combination! It also come with tofu, tempeh, side salad with their signature original chilli. I told the staff that I could not eat too spicy and they were so helpful and served me two types of less spicy 🌶️.

The other must try dish is the oxtail soup (sop buntut). The soup base is very rich and the umami flavor from the oxtail enhanced the flavor! I love the potatoes and carrots swimming inside the soup base. They literally melts in your mouth with every bite.

Now my craving is satisfied! 😋
P.S. the pricing is affordable and the portion served is decent too. 👍

I tried the Original Smashed Fried chicken with rice (A dish originated from Indonesia also known as Ayam Penyet with Nasi) at Bebek Goreng Pak Ndut @SingPost Centre. Although they are well-known for fried Bebek (Duck) but the fried chicken is equally good. It is well seasoned and the meat is tender. The belacan chili gives a spicy kick and goes well with favourful chicken.
This dish is served with some sides such as tofu, tempah and vegetables.
If you are looking for a delicious and satisfying meal, try this.

Meadesmoore’s service stands out with its thoughtful approach to steak. The staff takes the time to explain each beef cut, detailing its origin, marbling, and ideal preparation. This adds a personal touch, helping diners appreciate the flavors and textures of their steak even more. They delivers rich, expertly cooked dishes. The steak is perfectly seared with a crispy crust and tender, juicy center, paired well with chimichurri

The sides shine too—charred cauliflower adds depth, while the creamy burrata with fresh veggies brings balance
