A well known dim sum place in Puchong. For me, their food is alright, nothing much to shout out. But their quality and price point are much better than those high end dim sum restaurant in my opinion. It's a really nice place to eat and hang out with your friends or family.

Had a quick brunch here after a friend's recommendation and was surprised at the crowd on a Tuesday morning.

Made sense when the dim sum was served as everything was pretty solid but the highlights for me where the char siew pao (fluffy and packed), Portuguese egg tarts (divine!), and most surprisingly, the mango pudding which tasted like a gorgeous mango lassi in pudding form.

🐷CHAR SIEW PAO‼️ [RM2.00]

❤️—RATING: 9/10— any fan of char siew pao here?! Their char siew bao is my favourite in KL. Doubt that? Go try it ! The thickness of pao skin is just optimum 😝 not too thick, not too thin too yall know what I mean hehe. The pao is filled with succulent barbecue-flavoured and sweetened pork and some coriander (i don’t like coriander but this is exceptional) . The pao is so fluffy & soft while the inside is so flavourful & juicy. It is a must order item if u go there ✨ soYeAp that’s all🤟🏻

(Rating: 5/5🌟) One of the best portuguese egg tarts I’ve ever had. The combination buttery flaky puff pastry & creamy egg custard is just perfect! Best enjoyed when it’s hot and fresh from the oven 💯 Trust me, one is never enough 😂

If I were to rank dim sum joints in Malaysia, Foo Hing would come first as above average; Jin Xuan second as average; and Hoong Foong the last as below average. ⁣

✨ I can confidently proclaim Foo Hing’s version of the Portuguese egg tart as the best in Malaysia. Its crisp, flaky shell and smooth egg custard filling are to die for. My favourites at the eatery would be the Teochew dumplings, their rice dishes (available as lunch specials), siumai, stir-fried radish cake, the pan-fried dumpling, and the salted egg custard buns. Honestly, the good quality and freshness of ingredients make almost everything on the menu good. Something noteworthy is that the workers at Foo Hing are all really attentive and serve with a smile on their faces despite being super busy. ⁣

💬 If you’re coming here for your breakfast dim sum fix, expect long queues. I would suggest coming for lunch instead to beat the crowd (and so you can try the rice too hehe). ⁣

One of my favourite dim sum place in puchong! Love their porridge and Chee Cheong fun 🤤
