Had tried the fried chicken wing over beehoon with fried beancurd at a neighbourhood coffeeshop, and it was a satisfying and flavourful meal!
The crispy fried chicken wing paired perfectly with the light and springy beehoon, while the fried beancurd added a delightful textural contrast.
Great value for money and definitely a recommended comfort food option!
It looks yum but sadly it isn’t. So what went wrong?
Alas, the regular size chicken wing was not crunchy at all and the meat just lacked flavour.
