[CLOSED] Dosirak (Suntec City)

Bibimbap served in fun tubs that are perfect for shaking, mixing fresh ingredients and flavours together.

Pick a main, 5 sides, base, add-ons (optional) and sauce. Shake it up together with the sauces for maximum flavours and let’s bibim!

My order goes like this:
Main - Soy Citrus Salmon ($12.90)
Sides - Beansprouts, carrot, corn, pickled cucumber and kimchi
Base - Brown Rice (+$1)
Sauce - Soy Garlic Jang

The soy citrus salmon comes in cubes of salmon flavoured with soy sauce and citrus juice then flame seared to give a delicious smokey and creamy melt in your mouth texture. A healthy (<500kcal) meal that’s perfect for dine-in/takeaway and have it on-the-go.

Super generous portions of the ingredients given, especially the chicken! The spicy sauce of the chicken was sufficient to coat all the rice with the sauce which made the whole bibimbap spicy even without the additional gojuchang sauce.

Cured salmon rice w soya bean paste soup & seared tuna buckweed noodle w seaweed soup. Food was great except the seaweed soup which was not so nice. You can add any of the 3 sauces available for self service as well.

Absolutely appalling service - went there at 9 for dinner, knowing that the place closes at 10. when I got there, the staff had closed the restaurant and were packing up, and I was told that they’d closed up because there were no customers. Flora (possibly not her real name) told me that her boss had approved the early closure.

When I pressed further and showed her the official closing time, and told her that there was no reason to close the shop now that there were customers, she had the temerity to inform me that the restaurant was supposed to close at 9 just today, and that it closed at 10 on all other days.

I recommend against treating your potential customers as fools.

Choose from the Classic Spicy Tteokbokki, and their new Creamy Truffle Tteokbokki, which is exclusively available at their Suntec outlet. A modern take on tteokbokki - the truffle cream sauce was thick and creamy, with a subtle truffle aroma. Further drizzled with a truffle-infused oil to enhance the flavours of the soft, chewy rice cakes.
