CRAVE Nasi Lemak (Hougang Mall)

Ate for fun so picked fish fillet instead. Quite boring.

I had tried the original Selera Rasa before they started Crave, found it decent, and expected the latter to be more wholesale. Surprisingly, it's really good. Chicken wing was tastier than I remembered, rice was basmati, ikan bilis was fried and chilli was great.

Grainy rice (not very lemak), crispy boneless chicken, fried egg (overcooked), ikan bilis, peanuts, and the must-have bright red sweet/spicy chilli. Kinda dry in taste and texture overall and nothing in particular stood out. Average.

I didn't really fancy the long queues of Adam road nasi lemak. I was so happy when CRAVE was set up for people who hate queuing but loves good food. Their chicken wing set never fails to make my day!

Hmm.. 🤔 true or not, not my utmost concern. 😂 As long as it's yummy!😁😋 .
I like how @CRAVEnasilemak uses basmati for a change. The coconut milk infused rice was fluffier and so moist! 👌🏻 Yummy, yummy!😋
