Cheap And Delicious
this was a hidden gem and I'm glad I discovered and tried it! the prawns were fresh and big, soup was incredibly sweet and the noodles that had the q-ness/bounciness
will return !
Normally I'm not a fan of oyster omelette and would opt for white carrot cake because I'm worried if the oysters are fresh. But these oysters were so fresh and the omelette was crispy! Will come back to devour another plate of this
Super impressed by the boss and how he started this noodle bar in a hawker store and now he opened his own store near amoy food centre ! Personally I feel that lunch time is alot more value for money compared to dinner. If you do come for dinner, order the roasted pork belly! Never fails to impress with the crackling pork skin (:
I didn't really fancy the long queues of Adam road nasi lemak. I was so happy when CRAVE was set up for people who hate queuing but loves good food. Their chicken wing set never fails to make my day!
Naughty Nuri serves up amazing ribs back in Indonesia, I was so excited when I saw that they opened a branch in Singapore!
The lunch sets are quite affordable and tasty. I won't say it's as good as Bali's. But it's worth a trip (:
SAP Thai serves up value for money Thai food! Like this delicious Mama Maggie noodles! There's a few options such as basil chicken or prawns! Ask for sambal cincalok with your noodles for that extra kick!
Check out the thick slice, or rather slab, of fresh fish is my fish Beehoon! It costs only $6, $7 if you takeaway but they give extra soup!
I'm definitely coming back for my fish Beehoon fix and maybe trying the sanlau horfun!
While the selection of delicious is small, but the quality of some dishes are really good! I love the paneer!
Remember to make a reservation during weekends!
Tucked into this hawker centre, is this Xin Lu Fishball noodles! With a big bowl of noodles and 5 big fishballs, you only need to pay $3! Delicious and value for money!
