Very interesting Viet dish. The bird was steamed in a casserole with herbs but not seasoned, so it tasted exactly that haha. But the meat wasn't great. Also interesting to eat with glutinous rice, which contained tapioca cubes.
Interesting. The veal was tender and tasty. The veg had a tangy dressing which enhanced it. Unfortunately there's also what seems like pea shoots which I detest. Some more I was nauseous at this meal and it made me worse.
Not common to get non-plain bread. It has something like mushroom. The mystery sauce also good.
I didn't enjoy it, but it's not their fault. I'm somehow turned off by most buffet omelettes.
Siew mai, mandu, beef, soy sauce chicken, quiche. All good except the slightly off quiche.
I don't have the proper name. Crab in Vietnam is often in this form. It was alright.
