Went to One Prawn & Co for dinner and tried a range of dishes. The ones that I thoroughly enjoyed were the Prawn Toast and Aioli, Jumbo Tiger Prawns, and Wild-caught Black Cod with Seaweed Porridge. The Prawn Toast was crispy but not too hard while the Tiger Prawns were paired nicely with the Sakura Vermouth. The Black Cod and Seaweed Porridge was a hearty dish and a great way to end off the meal - I liked how the fish had a good char and red dates were added in the porridge to balance out the strong flavours within the dish.
The service staff were friendly and the chef made time to introduce some of the dishes while we were dining. Would definitely recommend!
Huge portion of juicy chicken . Drinks are very nice
Dropped by on a quiet Friday night for a post-dinner treat. Tried the recommended flavours like Pistachio and Ferrero Rocher, but they didn’t really impress — having had better elsewhere.
The blueberry cheesecake gelato was smooth and creamy, with a mild tartness from the blueberry and a hint of richness from the cheesecake. Decent, but nothing special.
Overall, a spot that works for a quick gelato fix but probably not one to go out of the way for!

I was okay with speculoos up til this. This was full-blown speculoos and it's oily and spicy. No thanks.
Part of the set. I've nothing against it.
Sumptuous leg. Fall-off-the-bone tender. Decent gravy. But one-dimensional as there's nothing beyond the meat.
The price of polo bun ranges from heartland bakeries to cha chaan tengs to this. I don't think it's expensive, but at some point polo buns hit a ceiling and it's pushing it to do a full cafe on this. Anyway, the X-factor is the superb crust, but on the other hand the butter was a bit stingy, which goes against the spirit of 菠萝油.
This is medium size, roughly one pack of mama mee. They have mini and upsized too. I liked the pork balls, but we're surprised there's liver too. The soup was pure spicy, no depth, which was disappointing from a Thai chef. Personally I also didn't like the mama mee was undercooked.
I'll believe if this is their signature item. Unique and strong. I love orh nee.
Found this place at a short walk away from City Hall Mrt near Capitol Theatre and was absolutely impressed by the ribeye. It was so juicy and the side dishes, black garlic mash potato and grilled brussel sprouts complimented the steak perfectly. Their signature cocktail "Heartland Signature" was savory, and the rum mixed with Gula Melaka and pandan was definitely an interesting flavor! Thoroughly impressed an would definitely be back to try their other signature cocktails.
