[QUEENSTOWN, SINGAPORE] Just take my money and give me these bowls of noodles again. I crave for them so much now after looking at these photos again š„¹
@liulangmian_sg executes their Japanese ramen with a twist, and I must say it worked so well. Take their Signature Chilli Lok Bak Soba š ($14.50) for example. The noodles were so al dente and well coated in some kind of umami magic sauce that makes you want to slurp this up so much! Give me the noodles itself and I will be satisfied. What's even more amazing is their emphasis on their ingredients as well! The braised pork was so tender, succulent and flavourful š definitely a very good rendition.
If you prefer soup based noodles, their Grilled Duck Soba š ($16.70 with soy marinated egg) is amazing as well. Think rich umami broth, al dente noodles and incredible smoky flavours, this is one bowl of noodles you need to try as well. It may be slightly salty for some, but for tonkutsu broth lovers (I'm a Jirorian as well), this is a flavourful broth you will approve šš»
Definitely coming back for more āØ Do note that there is a small seating space so you might have to queue!
($10.90) But acai bowl was quite frozen a bit but need to wait for acai to be melted a bit. but ingredients was too much for me :") I choose cookie butter sauce. I choose matcha x acai base, banana, strawberry, blueberry, granola. Matcha was quite bitter enough and taste like roasted tea.
($7.40) it's quite sweet and sour aftertaste for tea.
(Grande - $8.80) it's quite strong taste for mocha + chocolate chips
($13) it's quite milky, creamy texture and strong alcohol aftertaste.
($13) it's quite milky, creamy texture and nutty aftertaste
($1.50) I finally tried their matcha ice cream after they announced. The taste like much milky and sweet even though got smooth texture.
($3.90) consisted tangerine jasmine ai-yu, grass jelly, pineapple kantan, black pearl and taro balls. I decided to try new seasonal flavour for mar for second time. So it's quite much nicer than pineapple one. The taste like sweet, sour and a bit of floral aftertaste.
