Amazing Hokkaido

This was an amazing experience given the chants and overflowing salmon roe all over the plate! Definitely worth a try! If there is a deal, this would be more amazing!

oh my gosh!! this is a MUST order. everything just tasted so AMAZING!
restaurant gave > 10 uni and the uni was so fresh and creamy. honestly, this was worth EVERY penny. rly, just take my money alr! i have never seen any restaurant giving so much uni for this amount of price 😋😋
negitoro was amazing too! it was fresh and fatty! but i’m sorry, my heart and soul goes out to the uni roll 👅👅👅

tried their ikura rice bowl ($39++) but it was too much, suggest to share
their $12/ roll (uni or tuna) is only limited to 1 per pax 😣 overall, one time is enough

the famed dish which was ordered by nearly every table!
with every single mouth, these babies will just explode within, leaving the taste of freshness lingering within your mouth. ikura was well seasoned with the right level of saltiness.
only wished that both the rice and ikura could have been colder.

dish not to be eaten alone as it can get very jelak. however, this dish is perfect for sharing

when the meat was served, it was alr well done as it was served on a hot stone. meat was juicy and tender altho serving was small.
not recommended, order when you are feeling rich.

This set came with 10 skewers and basically most of them are the same chicken base with different type of sauce (mayo, mentaiko, wasabi etc.) and the mushroom skewer only had ONE small mushroom. The chicken one was juicy and flavorful but we were actually expecting more variety from this omakase set. So my advice is to order the skewers separately.
