Heard the buzz and of course I had to try it for myself. There are two soup options - clear and spicy - so we got both to try, in the pork variation and the prawn variation. Right off the bat, the spicy soup looked so much more delectable and enticing, and on first sip the spiciness and underlying sweetness of the broth really blew me away. The 'gao'-ness of the broth was quite addictive and paired quite nicely with the noodles. Special shoutout to the minced meat which had that bite to it, not like the flavourless minced meat balls from elsewhere. On the other hand, I think the clear broth can be passed, as there was nothing outstanding to it, especially comparing side by side with the spicy option. Only get it if you can't take spicy, but otherwise it just tasted like the maggi chicken seasoning.
($6.80) I heard of this brand similar to Blk 163 Gangsa Road Uncle KKM? But I felt that it's not that bad tbh but the serving size was quite small size lol. At least pacific clam they did gave a lot of. So I think that it's quite comforting for me especially I work at cold environment most of time.
