A light flaky pastry (similar to Chinese char siew pastries) is filled with Bresse 🇫🇷 chicken meat and chunks of Foie gras. This is a decadent dish with the already rich filling and pastry served alongside an ultra silky sauce. (70% chicken jus, 30% chicken fat) Absolutely delicious but you definitely need the sour notes of the lightly dressed herb salad at the side to balance out the dish. Very yummy 😋

Classic, simple and a pretty great rendition of a Cannoli. The dish is finished tableside with the ricotta filling piped in fresh before the dish is dusted with icing sugar and pistachios. 😋

These small burgers ccontain nice sized medium rare Wagyu beef patties and generous chunks of seared foie Gras with caramelized bell peppers and homemade barbeque sauce. Little bit unusual having burgers at a 2 Michelin ⭐⭐ restaurant but these were delicious. Juicy, greasy and packed full of flavour. The barbeque sauce was superb and reminiscent of good American barbeque. One of the finest burgers I've had 👍

The fresh cod fish was lightly glazed with the sweet miso sauce. Nice sear on the teppanyaki grill and I liked the fresh and crisp slightly raw beansprouts. A solid dish.

I wasn't very impressed by the overall buffet spread and other items were just average. However, the freshly pan seared Foie gras was very good, with a lightly crisped exterior and gloriously unctuous center. The Foie croutons and citrus sauce added texture and balance respectively. A must try station at this buffet

Another one of the iconic Robuchon dishes, cold poached lobster tail is sliced and served on top of diced claw meat. The pickled turnips form a "ravioli" around the shellfish and it's dressed with sweet and sour flavours, espelette pepper and rosemary. While perhaps not among the strongest Robuchon dishes, I still really like this dish. Light and enjoyable 😋

This double boiled soup was chock full of abalone, fish maw, bamboo pith, scallops, sea whelk and chicken. While the ingredients weren't the most flavorful due to the long boiling, the broth was extremely sweet and tasty. An extremely good dish 👍

Loved this great selection of Italian cold cuts including some great Prosciutto, Coppa ham and Salami. However, the highlight of the platter for me was the extremely flavorful and juicy San Marzano tomatoes. Outstanding. Don't miss this great appetizer plate when dining here 😋
