Really rich and creamy! Loved the peanuts and coconut chips :)

My Top 3 favs. from today's Tastemakers Eatup feast:
3⃣ Torched Salmon (S$20): semi-cooked Atlantic salmon, poached eggs, ebiko roe, asparagus, doubanjiang, croissant ā¤ļø

Best of all, it is paired with my all-time favourite Liu Sa rice balls aka salted egg yolk custard sauce ($14.90). Flowing with enthusiasm from the crispy hot rice balls, the creamy liu sa was a joyful jumble with the matcha soft serve, accompanied by a savoury yet sweet-and-bitter matcha aftertaste!

Hailing all the way from the Big Apple, Clinton Street Baking Company has landed on Singapore's shores. Best known for their buttermilk fried chicken that is tender beyond belief and fried to golden-brown perfection, their Chicken & Waffles ($21) would be an easy choice, though some may find their waffles on the denser side. The Buttermilk Fried Chicken Plate ($25) is probably a better option, especially for sharing. The three-piece platter comes with a choice of a side (sautĆ©ed spinach, sweet potato fries or moreish cheese grits) and a sweet-spicy Honey Tabasco. This will leave you some space for their thick, fluffy Pancakes with Warm Maple Butter ($18) and a topping of your choice – blueberries, banana walnut or chocolate chunks. Prices might seem a little steep, but their hearty portions will certainly make it worth your while!

Coconut soft serve drizzled with salted egg yolk sauce in a cute husk. Not a coconut fan but this made me a convert.

Hard to go wrong given that the beans are from common man and cakes from chef yamashita! Convenient and relaxing place for tea :)

Loved the steamed crab with lots of minced garlic, best part is that it's only $12! The steamed items were a tad dry, would recommend the beancurd skin roll instead!

Featuring The Durian Waffle $17, topped with pure mao shan wang durian flesh, coconut ice cream (šŸ˜šŸ‘šŸ¼), coconut jelly, condensed milk and coconut flakes. Durian lovers, this is definitely for you. // Thank you @battermaker @mjteo for having us 😊

On Sarada Hausu's shelf, you can find a range of Detox Water - for fat burning, ridding constipation, etc. There are also Salad Jars and Salad Bento Boxes. Detox water is $3.50 a jar (yes including the jar), ingredients are simple and I think easy to replicate at home but the jars are too cute!

The Chicken Teritama-don has deep fried chicken on rice with Teriyaki sauce, mayonnaise and soft boiled egg. Love the place as the set lunch menu are available at $12 served with miso soup and mini salad.
