My oh my was this downright sinful. 1000 calories, but no regrets. The Peanut Butter Pancake (~$1.20) was coated fully with sloppy peanut butter, then more peanut crumbly bits.

I didnโ€™t have high expectations considering how I just happened to walk past this, but the char on the cha shu was well done, emphasising the lean meat while contrasting the fatty bits. ๐Ÿœ๐Ÿœ

Actually, there is a way to make pizza even more sinful, like in the case of ๐™‹๐™ž๐™ฏ๐™ฏ๐™– ๐™๐™ง๐™ž๐™š๐™จ (~$14). The cheese clumped too quickly and they honestly COULD be more generous with the pepperoni, but this was as pizza-flavoured as they could make it ๐Ÿ•๐ŸŸ

If you thought your studying content is dry, the ๐˜ฝ๐™š๐™š๐™› ๐™Ž๐™๐™ค๐™ง๐™ฉ๐™ง๐™ž๐™—๐™จ ๐™Ž๐™–๐™ฃ๐™™๐™ฌ๐™ž๐™˜๐™ (~$16) is drier. I have no idea how a sandwich can be dry even with melted cheese, but youโ€™d be surprised.

Lunaโ€™s ๐™ˆ๐™–๐™ฉ๐™˜๐™๐™– ๐˜พ๐™–๐™ ๐™š (~$8) really screamed MATCHA. Those of yโ€™all who eat sleep breathe matcha powder, this oneโ€™s for you. ๐Ÿต

With matcha powder sprinkled on top of fluffy peaks of matcha cream, the cake was off to a light mousse-like start. Sink your teeth in deeper to reveal a dense sponge chiffon (which, surprisingly even radiated matcha) and of course the best part of it all- packed layers of matcha cream. ๐Ÿฐ

My go to dessert flavour is chocolate, but I went out on a limb here to get the ๐™ˆ๐™–๐™ฃ๐™œ๐™ค ๐™‹๐™ค๐™ข๐™š๐™ก๐™ค ๐™๐™–๐™ง๐™ฉ (~$8.50) and being a risk taker does pay off! ๐Ÿคฃ

Itโ€™s tangy, milky, slightly thick and nutty. The marriage of sour from the mango pomelo lime compote, sweetness from the mango pops, and rich floral flavour of the coconut is a good one.๐Ÿฅฅ

Iโ€™m on a hunt to find some decent French toast in Singapore after @ronin.sg and @boufesg closed, and sadly Sarniesโ€™ ๐˜ฝ๐™ง๐™ž๐™ค๐™˜๐™๐™š ๐™๐™ง๐™š๐™ฃ๐™˜๐™ ๐™๐™ค๐™–๐™จ๐™ฉ (~$22.50) was not up to par.

When looking for French toast, Iโ€™m looking for a strong eggy and custardy presence. Sarniesโ€™ was none of that. A hard, tough and thick brioche toast wasnโ€™t easy on the jaws, and I missed the whole eggy component. โ˜น๏ธ

Thereโ€™s only so much generous toppings can do: though their Choco crumbs and fresh berries could nearly mask up some of my disappointment.
