Punjabi grill does modern Punjab cuisine like this Tandoori duck, which was very interesting! The marinade and spices went surprisingly well w the duck! #burpple #burpplebestindian #punjabgrill #indianfood #tandoori
Ordered the crispy waffle but it wasn't as crispy as I thought it would be. But overall, pretty decent.
not a fan of quinoa but am a sucker for foie gras, so I ended up ordering this dish despite it being paired with quinoa. Well, it didn't disappoint!

Artichoke Soup
Quail egg, air baguette, avruga caviar
Available in this month lunch menu (2 courses $45++/ 3 courses $60++) at @TipplingClub by @ChefRyanClift
Rich creamy soup which smelt great from far. The surprise was the air baguette which was a crispy puff stuffed with a smoky savoury mousse. Almost wanted to lick the plate clean.

Directly opposite the famous Master Tang Wanton Noodles on 6th avenue lies a quiet stall called Mian Zhi Yuan that serves up OUTSTANDING prawn noodles.

Walking into the space, you can smell the distinct aroma of the stock, made with prawn heads and pork gently simmering away. I seriously almost started drooling. haha

Its definitely a good idea to get the $4.50 bowl as it comes with several fall off the bone pork ribs. The soup is intense and super flavourful. My dining companion remarked that she felt like she could finish the entire pot but I was too busy stuffing my face that i could only grunt in agreement. Managed by a group of young hawkers from Penang, they also have another outlet at Bukit Batok. #westsidebestside
Very pricey local fare improvisation. This bowl was too huge for my consumption so it's best to be shared by 2. I'll be back to try it's coffee and cakes.

From handmade pasta to own made sauces to thin-crust Italian pizzas, all of which showcase authentic Southern Italian flavours.
