The laksa series starts from $7.50. Apart from the usual chicken/beef/prawn toppings, you can also choose to upgrade with seasonal add-ons like succulent wild-caught crab meat and ramen egg.

Tucked away at Sims Avenue, this is probably one of the most satisfying and affordable hand-torn noodles Iโ€™ve had ๐ŸคŒ

We ordered both the mee hoon kueh and you mian. Add in your desired amount of chilli and give it a good mix ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ Overall, I enjoyed this much more than itโ€™s better known counterpart Top 1 Homemade Noodle (and lesser wait time too) ๐Ÿคญ

A good spot for affordable satisfying noodles, especially MHK. Would revisit to try their dry ban mian too โœจ

Handmade upon order, the chewy flat noodles comes with a good amount of shallots, ikan bilis and pork lard. The uncle was very nice and gave us an additional egg because he โ€œmessed upโ€ one of the eggs ๐Ÿ’Ž The runny eggs made this so creamy and delicious! One of the best MHK Iโ€™ve had to date ๐Ÿซถ

Hidden on the 2nd floor of International Plaza, this cozy 9-seater restaurant is by the team who earned the Michelin Bib Gourmand Award in Kobe, Japan๐Ÿ†

Known for their signature ๐——๐—ฎ๐—ป-๐——๐—ฎ๐—ป ๐—ก๐—ผ๐—ผ๐—ฑ๐—น๐—ฒ ($๐Ÿญ๐Ÿต.๐Ÿด๐Ÿฌ), the restaurant uses up to 32 different spices for this dish!

The chewy noodles is coated with peanut-based sauce and served with shredded chashu, minced pork, white diced onions, fried onions, pickles, and mizuna. Youโ€™d also receive an onsen egg (served separately). A good variety of colours and textures in the bowl ๐Ÿฅบ

Be sure to visit early before they sell out!

Located at Marina Square, this restaurant prides itself for its extensive selection of wines (some of which are exclusively) and quality Mediterranean food ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡น

Overall, a great spot for gatherings and to bond over quality wines and good food ๐Ÿฅ‚

Beautifully plated, this signature dish made a satisfying main course. Topped with pistachio bits, it comes with purple shiso, beetroot and carrot purรฉe ๐Ÿฅ•

We also had the fresh king prawns, which is flavourful and yet retains the natural sweetness of the prawn ๐Ÿฆ

For desserts, we opted for the classic tiramisu - except instead of pairing this with Marsala Superiore, it is infused within the dessert. And youโ€™d also find an espresso jelly on the side! โ˜•๏ธ

Donโ€™t miss out on their wines! We had the house red and sparkling ($12 per glass)๐Ÿท

This creamy rendition of kimchi carbonara ($17.90) is good for sharing given its large portion. For those who canโ€™t take seafood, they also serve a chicken variation of this!

The refreshing cold noodles came in a generous portion. You can choose to add on smoked duck (+$1) and abalone (+$4). We also tried the Special Flaming Scallop ($21.90) that while presentation looks good, was rather underwhelming tastewise ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Located at Punggol East Container Park, this affordable eatery serves Korean fried chicken that comes with an optional add on of cheese ๐Ÿง€
