Ordered every Haus Pasta on burpple beyond. Pasta is my favourite carb and it always delights me when someone/some place gets it right! This is another one on the list that I’ll recommend for people who are seeking for tasty and refreshing handmade pasta. Every dish was great in its own right, but my fav was the vege pasta which was seasoned in pesto sauce and topped with amazing, creamy mushrooms! I’m sold.

I kinda gave up on 4 fingers for awhile especially after eating the ones at the 313 outlet. These however were meaty and the skin was crispy and fully coated with the seasoning. THAT’S WHAT AN INDULGENT FRIED CHICKEN MEAL SHOULD BE ABOUT. I hope they keep this going!

Rating: 4/5 (for this outlet!)

Braved the lunch queue for this one. (Realised some geniuses actually used whyq to order the day before). Looks deceivingly simple but it really isn’t - there’s the noodles, chashu, fried meat, egg they have to individually master. And then there’s also the saffron that they added. I could see the effort they poured to every dish and it really did end up tasting good. I highly recommend supporting (when you have time to wait) bcos I’m a sucker for excellent work ethics

If you’re looking for a refreshing, tasty and balanced meal I don’t think you could go wrong w this one! I do think it is slightly pricey though but i think this is one of those dishes you can’t go wrong with.

I don’t care what anyone says but I still think THW sells one of the best dim sums in Singapore. The bbq char siew buns are my go-to and they never disappoint.

Bought the $7.90 fave voucher for 1 bowl of their signature la mian + 1 side. (I had the pickled cucumber). Frankly disappointed as the soup wasn’t as aromatic as I wished it could be.

Finally got to try this after an hour wait and many previous futile attempts. Used burpple beyond for the sides (the rice cake is pretty good btw), the main dish as pictured was OK. I don’t like it enough to queue for the dish again - if I do need a fix, I would probably visit Chong Qing grilled fish which imo is so much better than this!

Colleague was raving about this cafe so we decided to pop by for lunch. Reserved this on eatigo at 50% off so I would say it’s a definite steal considering how expensive these niche foods usually are. This was a tasty, wholesome and filling meal and the best part was that I felt really good after eating this.

I have had rly high expectations of this place, especially after walking past its wall of accolades. Sadly I was kinda disappointed (at my dish at least) - the spaghetti was only thinly coated with the squid ink and I thought the sauce was actually pretty salty. The spaghetti was however indeed al dente but I just expected a little more. Nice place though!

Meh. Just meh. Beware - I had no idea this was a smoothie-like drink (like with ice shavings etc) So even more meh. But but I tried my friend’s brown sugar milk tea and the cheeza series and I did think they were pretty good. I’ll just stick to the norm next time and their cheeza series.

Ordered this without battling an eyelid because! Umami!! I would say there was a pretty sufficient umami taste in the pasta though it was slightly oily to my liking. Quite literally wolfed this down because we waited 1 hour for our table so I’m glad this was worth. However I do think this cafe in general is overpriced so wouldn’t be here if not for 1 for 1.

Plus points to the rustic ambience too. AND finally non glaring lights.
