Dining at Liang court is not complete without ending with desserts from Dulcet & Studio! In line with their Chocolate Fair, they created a new Chocolate choux cream puff. The chocolate mousse was rich and creamy! It wasn't as light and fluffy as my favourite Matcha cream puff but it is delicious in its own ways. Look beautiful, taste heavenly! Love the desserts here!

When I don't want to eat 2 of each sushi, here I can order the sushi set consisting of 1 of each kind of sushi! Generally fresh sashimi and sushi especially the Negitoro gunkan, Salmon and Hamachi. Amaeebi, maguro and ikura gunkan fell short of my expectations. But for the variety, it was still a satisfying meal. Pickle rolls were surprisingly very appetizing and pleasant!! $18.80 comes with a small salad and a miso soup! 👍

Part of their "Food culture" menu. Pumpkin udon, which I believe is from their sister outlet - Idaten at Citilink. Soso Udon with Soso sukiyaki beef but mixed with the glorious Mentaiko and oozy onsen Tamago, the resultant creamy texture of the dish was delicious magic to me! Sometimes it is about how a dish is put together that brings out the best of each ingredient! <3

$8.90. New pumpkin and chicken menu on Ichiban's new menu. Interesting plating but the chicken was too small, quite tough and not moist. The pumpkin salad on on baked tomato was great! Mayonnaise did not overpower the pumpkin taste!

The key to great Paella is the rice! Here, the rice was tender and al dente but it lacked the caramelized crust at the bottom of the paella pan which I loooveee.. The rice could do with lesser tomato/ketchup. Nonetheless, the seafood were all fresh and juicy! A satifying dish for $12.90 (includes a drink and soup!)

Great salad, fresh and crunchy vegetables with large pieces of grilled chicken breast.. ($8.80) Delicious mushroom quiche but wasn't hot even though I asked for it to be heated up. ): But! the coffee tasted quite weird. Not sure if it was because the barista didn't dispense the shot fully. Roasted coffee taste was too weak..

$4.90 for a lovely slice of Banana Chocolate crumble cake with a cup of rich, aromatic Mövenpick coffee. Weekdays 4-6pm at Suntec City. 😊

Looking to fill my empty stomach and to past time while waiting for my flight. Loving the peaceful ambience and soothing music here, especially so when there is no crowd. ^^ $6.90 for a pastry set that includes a Soft and Fluffy cinnamon roll puff pastry and a cup of coffee. Really liked the mildly sweet and crispy outer crust of the pastry! A great takeaway cafe concept for people rushing to catch their flights. Satisfied and ready for my flight!

A great start to my meal with the Fried risotto balls. Crispy and light outer crust batter over moist risotto. There were mint leaves accompanying the risotto balls that made the dish more refreshing! I would like to have more mint leaves though. xD Next was the delicious Funghi Pizza, freshly made thin flatbread crust was crispy and light. I normally would not finish the crust of pizzas but this one I just couldn't stop myself from finishing the whole thing! The first bite was cheesy and then the strong earthy mushroom flavor just cuts through immediately!! There were also charred onions that were caramelized to add mild sweetness to the pizza. Lastly, rockets were fresh with very slight bitterness to balance out the intense flavors of he other ingredients.

A slice of heaven that is both pleasing to the eyes and to the tastebuds! The rich and creamy Chocolate indulgence cake packed a punch! ($10.90 for a HUGE SLICE) Extremely chocolatey and moist!

This place reminds me a little of Ichiran in Japan, your ramen served through a window stall. Nice and quiet ambience here to fully enjoy my delicious and rich bowl of ramen. The Ultimate special blend was full of umami flavors, there was a combination of Tonkotsu, prawn and crab slow cooked into a thick and rich broth. The chashu slices were tender but did not melt in my mouth like the ones from Marutama ramen. I especially liked the bamboo shoots here because they were crunchy and retained their sweetness. The broth was not overly salty or overpowering so I felt that it was a well-balanced bowl of ramen!

Lemon soufflé which tasted more like no-bake lemon cheesecake. It tasted good and refreshing nonetheless.
