The Yuzu Tai Roll is just so refreshing! Pairs well with the fried crabmeat in the middle and the whole mouthful is delectable.

Sweet-smelling teas and pretty little cakes. Looking for the best Scones? Try theirs!!

Waffles are light but a little too soft. Mangoes served with coconut flakes! Sweetness is just right. Would be better if the waffles are slightly crispy.

Rum& Raisin was deep with alcoholic flavour; definitely would hit with fans of the flavour. Earl Grey was aromatic and soothing. The waffles could have done with a bit more flavour, but we loved that it had a crispy exterior and a fluffy and soft interior.

Looks the part but fell short on toastiness and was a bit too moist inside which ends up clumping in the mouth. The condiments were fine though.

Waffle batter was rather bland and tasteless. Adding espresso to the waffle seemed to induce a not-so-plesant bitterness which replicate burnt waffles

Waffles are everywhere, and I don't really see why I would rush back here for these anytime soon. The scoop of Vanilla Ice-Cream had sweetness similar to those that come with supermarket tubs, while the Waffles were crispy but a wee bit too dry. Thanks to the orange zest, it did give it a refreshing tang to the buttery waffle batter. Easily passable amongst the waffles I have had, but barely impressive.

Tried a couple of flavours but I found a liking for the Sicilian Pistachio, which is made from Pistachios imported from Sicily. Ice-cream was smooth, creamy and nutty and lacked an overly heavy taste of dairy not was too sweet. Classic waffles are served here in half portions, which is filled with buttery fragrance with a fluffy interior. Slightly pricey as the waffles come at $5.00 and the ice-cream is an add on at $3.80 for regular flavours and $4.50 for premium flavours. Opt for the Berry Compote at $4.00 extra if you prefer waffles with a fruity touch.

Rabbit Owl Depot's signature item would have to be their Snowflake Waffles. These uniquely-shaped waffles with the sprinkle of icing sugar certainly gives the dessert a festive feel. Not only does the waffles smell of buttermilk goodness, it's fragrant, crisp and fluffy. Earl Grey Ice-Cream is aromatic, yet milky and creamy with a slight sticky consistency. Worth a visit if you are in the area.

Heard about some negative comments on their waffles but trying it for the first time it did not seem that bad; it had a bit of Buttermilk flavour and while it was not particularly fluffy, it was soft with a bit of crispness along the edges. Probably the only thing they had to work on would be the consistency in the texture. Ordered a scoop of Honeycomb (their best seller which I previously tried) and a Rudolph; a Christmas special involving gingerbread cookie bits in a cinnamon-flavoured ice-cream for a taste of the festive mood.

Quite lucky to have tasted these since my friend won complimentary waffles on IG Waffles were strong with buttermilk aroma but texture-wise this did not really fare too well because it could have been more crispier and the insides seemed to lack fluffed. The only thing that really delivered was the Earl Grey Ice-Cream which was smooth and did not taste anywhere near soapy.

Got invited to try out their improved recipes. Version 2 of this waffle sees it with more jalapeño, and cheese. That truffle aroma could still be smelt as soon as it's out of the kitchen, but this time round the waffles were fluffier and slightly more dense; no longer the crispy and crumbly ones we had on the first visit. Added cheese and jalapeño meant that we could taste more savoury flavours now, and it also comes with a spicier kick. Tomato salsa at the side also comes thicker, zinger with a stronger punch of sweetness. Definitely better than before!
