Last was a complimentary dessert which is not in the menu. Not sure what’s the name of it but one of it tasted like ferrero rocher. Oh to add on, the course does not include any drinks and they are chargeable.
Fifth course - the dessert is really yummy if you are a fan of dessert but there is nothing special about it.
Forth course - most favorite of all! The cod fish is nicely cooked that you can use the fork to peel the slices out nicely. The fish is so soft that it melts in your mouth!
Third course - my friend once told me fancy restaurants like to serve bubbly stuff so here it is! The butter and salmon taste great, not so much on the spinach.
Second course - it taste like potato cream soup with truffle bits and croutons. Not sure how to describe this but I love this soup. It is really delicious
First course - the purée taste really sour but the avocado cream dulls the sourness so the taste kind of complements each other. But I don’t really like it.
We chose the lunch set menu at $188 which is a 5-course meal. The restaurant also serves us two complementary dishes; one appetizer and one after the dessert. The complementary appetizer was a little weird as you would expect something like a biscuit but it tasted savory and really strong in flavor.
Portion is really huge however the texture was bad. The skin was crispy but a little hard and the skin and fats are very sticky and sticks onto your teeth when you chew it. Quite disappointed.
Scallop was really juicy and yummy but the sauce is a little sour.
Potato Rösti topped with Melted Swiss Raclette Cheese and Ham - pretty decent but price is on the high side.
Pork Tenderloin with Morels Mushroom Sauce. The pork is not fresh and has a very strong pork taste. The side dish was pretty huge in portion though.
The taste is too strong to my liking but the texture is pretty good
