This soup is almost like a stew and can be eaten on its own. Ingredients besides fish maw included minced pork, pork slices, fish dumpling and mushroom. Really deliciously old school.
At $3, a substantial amount of noodles, 4 big wontons filled with shrimps, mushroom bits and Chinese broccoli/kale, with tasty fried chili on the side, this plate of noodles deserve my 10km cycle to the hawker centre :)

This is about the only stall where I'll eat fish belly cos it BONELESS and sweet. Plus there are at least 18 more variety of porridge you can choose from here.
Very well pan fried and it went well with the acidity of the lemon sauce.
Look no further for decent steak at affordable price. The betterfield is the place for you! Medium steak with meat in sheer red and each bite nicely done. Meat stays juicy and tender with the ends just a tad chewy. But overall it's worth the nett price paid for!
Bitters & Love is definitely one of the most interesting cocktail bars in Singapore to visit. Having to say that their cocktails price-range are pretty reasonable compared to others. Well, talking about bespoke with unique creations to satisfy our five senses, I just love the sound of the cocktail shaker and of course the sight and the taste is placed before you.
You may get to taste unique cocktails like [kaya toast]... But it may not suits everyone liking unless you die hard for kaya! Well speaking the truth, there's a mixture of rum and kaya. Just imagine the taste of that? 😏

The highly raved cold noodles in Hong Kong. Not to my liking thought, as the ingredients tasted too "raw" for me.

Here at the first outlet out of Japan. However, I find Japan's Ichiran tasted better than Hong Kong's.
