😍 The fabulously seared Kagoshima wagyu has gotta be A5 grade; it’s so tender, no knife is needed. The foie gras is pan-fried so perfectly and glazed. Taken separately they are divine. Deliciously huge portion with excellent fries. While Machida Shouten has slightly more tender ribs (boiled longer evidently), these are great if you need a fix. .
The Pork Collar Donburi ($10.80) is a rather small bowl and the rice is too mushy but can be salvaged by sauces. Nice onsen egg though. .
