😍 The fabulously seared Kagoshima wagyu has gotta be A5 grade; it’s so tender, no knife is needed. The foie gras is pan-fried so perfectly and glazed. Taken separately they are divine. Taken together, it’s a whole new epiphany! 😀 my favourite dish of 2019 (yeah, I know, it’s early but...how to top this??)
