Every bit as heavenly. This was easily the best dish of the evening. Temperature of the sashimi was perfect, the seared salmon, especially, was blew my mind.

This was a side we ordered to go with our steaks. It was alright (probably jaded after eating this in Taiwan!), although I'll probably try their sautéed mushrooms the next time.

I'm a big fan of kway chap. I love the rich and delicious soup, but I must confess oftentimes I have no idea what part of the pig I'm eating.

Medium rare steak at a coffeeshop in Holland Village. It was a very good meal, nothing beats biting into soft and tender man-food and savouring the juices that flows out of the meat. The sides were great too. For just $15, will definitely come again.

Duck Confit Ravioli in Truffle Cream. Al dente parcels of salty shredded duck smothered in a rich, fragrant sauce - so yummy I just had to have seconds!
