Booked through Eatigo so we had 50% off, & I did mention this the moment I stepped in. I also asked which items on the menu are eligible for 50% off. When I placed my orders, I asked about the 50% off again. Sibeh luosuo like an old lady. When it was finally time to pay the bill, I was charged full price for everything.

"Don't I get half off?" I asked.

"Oh. Aiyah. Yours is Eatigo right? You should have told me."

Are you serious bro? I literally told you 3 times?

But perhaps he can't be blamed, seeing as to how he seemed to be the only waiter on duty. Having said that - 15 customers spread between 4 tables.. That's only half the restaurant's capacity. They can't cope with that? The manager needs hire someone to help him...

Service was painfully slow. The father sitting at the table next to ours was about to lose his head. My dad wanted to order ice cream ($6.80+), but backed out because he knew it would take forever to come (maybe they had to milk cows). I asked for water twice & it finally came when I asked for a 3rd time... After 40 minutes. The pastas we ordered were quite spicy & we wanted some water to cool down with. So that was the final straw that made me more assertive than I was before.

Creamy Mushroom Soup ($6.80+) was great, didn't feel like it came from a can. Battered Onion Rings ($6.80+) were okay, I'd order them again. 3 pastas we had were all delicious - Tom Yum Seafood Pasta ($16.80+), Prawn Aglio Olio ($16.80+), Cheeseburger Pasta ($14.80+). If only they didn't take so long to arrive.

I'm still on the fence if I would patronise a place again having enjoyed the food but not the agonisingly slow service. I'll get back to you on that.

By the way, all starters, appetizers, mains & pastas are eligible for Eatigo discounts. Drinks & desserts are excluded.
