Rabbit Pau

($1) should be lotus seed filling if not im wrong. i should be saying that they put efforts on the character pau lmao. it's quite cute but suitable for small children.

Pig Pau

($1) should be salted egg w red beans filling as I research. i should be saying that they put efforts on the character pau lmao. it's quite cute but suitable for small children.

The Pork Belly Pau aka Kong Bak Pau was what made our presence there. The meat was well marinated and fragrant with a good balance of fats that literally melts in our mouth. The savoury sweet tasting meat goes well with the handmade pau. Delicious and sinfully good.

Selling at S$1.50 per piece, this beauty was made of braised pork belly of a golden proportion of lean meat and fat, making every bite so intensely flavoured, yet so sinfully delicious. And so, it did not make sense to just stop at one.

🍴This lesser-known pau is one for the lovers of fatty pork belly! The meat is well-marinated and fragrant, with a balance of tender braised meat and fatty parts that melt in one’s mouth. We personally found some pieces to have too much proportion of pure fats and ended up picking some out but those who love fatty meat are likely to enjoy this. While the pau itself was on the sweet side, it balanced out nicely with the savory & salty pork.
