Came by for a celebratory meal as I saw that they sold a wide variety of seafood at an affordable price. They're having a promo for their crabs and we got 2 mud crabs for $48, and topped up $40 for the Tom Yum Mama pot. The pot was chock full of fresh prawns, squid, clams and noodles, though I thought the price was a lil bit steep. Crabs were great and decently sized for the price, and the tomyum soup was on the lighter side (though you can add chilli flakes for a spicier kick!). We also got the sambal kang kong ($12) which was delicious, and Iced Green Milk Tea ($3.50) to wash everything down - pleasantly surprised that the syrup is provided separately so you can dial the sweetness to your liking! Ended off with a Mango Glutinous Rice ($9) which was so good and the mangoes were so sweet, though I felt they could be more generous with the sticky rice. Overall, a great meal at great value, and at a convenient location too! Would definitely return!

Steamed Fresh Squid (Thai Style) - $15.90

Many visit Yaowarat for TomYum Mama Seafood Pot, which is quite shiok when shared with friends and family. Those who like seafood can consider their fresh steamed squid. It’s cooked to great tenderness, flavourful as well. Great for sharing as well

Every once in a while, a godly dish comes along. What's rarer is when you totally didn't expect it.
Perfect pulut Hitam, salty coconut milk, ice cream, crunch from peanuts and crispies. The interplay of textures, temperatures and flavours are truly Michelin worthy. Worth a pilgrimage, just for this dessert. Truly the best black glutinous rice dessert I've ever had
PS unfortunately, not all their desserts are equally astounding. Heard from the other table that the mango is sour(mango sticky rice)
Rather tender, slightly crispy, and decent portion too. The sauce could be a little stronger but otherwise this is a good rendition. Just eat it fast as it gets cold quickly
Today's crab was smaller, usually it's 700g for 56++
It's a very Chinese style broth, and it's v comforting. Really worth the travel here. This is highly recommended, it's number 11 I think for the Sri lankan crab page. Idk why it's not the first page but that's how it is
Crab was v fresh and sweet, portion is good for 4 to share or 2 hungry people who isn't ordering anything else
This is small but feels quite big! If you have dined at Soi 47, you will know what I mean.
While we appreciate lotsa ingredients in this seafood soup, the Tom Yum Soup is very sour but yet lacks the spicy kick of a clear Tom Yum Soup.
I didn't like it and didn't finish it.
You will like it if you love very sour tom yum.
